52 Lime Street - The Scalpel

Pinky Productions were asked to create videos for the sale of the Scalpel. 

 We created an overview film and 4 individual films for dedicated floors.  The Scalpel office tower in the City of London is a 190-metre tall building, designed by architecture firm Kohn Pedersen Fox and completed in 2018,  tenants include National Australia Bank and financial services group Lombard International.

HO Bee Land purchased the Scalpel from US insurance group WR Berkley for £718 million (S$1.3 billion),  this is one of the largest office deals struck in the UK during the pandemic.
